PROJECT LGP
In deze complete herontwikkeling zijn enkel de voorgevel, delen van de zijgevels en het dak behouden en zorgvuldig gerestaureerd. Door het verwijderen van bijgebouwen ontstond ruimte voor een doordacht nieuw volume, volledig ontworpen door Rob Zeelen. Grote glaspartijen verbinden het interieur met de achterliggende tuin en het landschap. De materialisatie is bewust beperkt gehouden, waardoor rust en ruimtelijkheid overheersen.
In this complete redevelopment, only the front façade, parts of the side walls, and the roof were preserved and carefully restored. By removing the original outbuildings, space was created for a thoughtfully designed new volume, entirely conceived by Rob Zeelen. Large glass surfaces connect the interior with the garden and landscape beyond. The use of materials was deliberately restrained, allowing tranquility and spaciousness to prevail.
Strakke belijning, rijke materialen. Terras en gevel zijn afgewerkt met keramische tegels van Coem Lagos, aluminium puien van Schüco en een haard van Gyrofocus. De buitenruimte ademt luxe dankzij Flexform-meubilair, A-Wood plafonds, en een louvredak van Livium.
Crisp lines, rich materials. The terrace and façade are finished with Coem Lagos ceramic tiles, Schüco aluminum sliding doors, and a Gyrofocus fireplace. The outdoor space exudes luxury with Flexform furniture, A-Wood ceiling cladding, and a Livium louvered roof.
